Backflip Frontside 360

A true backflip frontside 360 from Noé Cuyala

Noé Cuyala performed a backflip and frontside 360 combination during the 2024 Surf-Freestyle Contest in Leucate – an air combo of two different moves that are performed one after the other in mid-air during a jump. Backflip Frontside 360 (or Backflip Frontside 3) is the name of this trick, which you can see here in a video with Noé Cuyala.
Until now, the term ‘backflip frontside 360’ was used for a combo trick in which the frontside 360 was only jumped after the backflip with the rebound from the previous landing (two individual tricks in quick succession). ‘Backflip into frontside 360’ or ‘backflip to frontside 360’ is the appropriate term for this variant.
