Jumping while wing foiling – this video shows the simple straight jump in wing foiling. Taking off, flying, and landing isn't that difficult.

In the video, you can see in both directions how to foil the board in an arc toward the water surface before jumping to generate momentum for the jump.

Then all you have to do is hold the nose up a little, bend your legs, and hang onto the wing until the foil re-enters the water. Keep the nose up so that the bow doesn't dig in when you touch down.
