Crail Grab
Jump with grip on the nose of the board
The crail grab is a one handed jump. The back hand lets go of the wing and grabs the nose of the board. And this is how the trick works:
Move your front hand back slightly on the handle so that you can guide the wing with one hand when jumping. Shortly after the take-off, the back hand releases the handle of the wing and grabs the nose of the board. To bring the nose within reach, pull the front leg up and bend the knee. The back leg is stretched at the same time. The nose of the board turns slightly out of the wind.
To land, release your hand from the nose and grab the handle with your back hand before the foil hits the water. Then stabilize your stance to complete the move.
