The double wing rotation with the duck jibe

If you can ride the normal duck jibe safely and just want to practise some wing control, then you can simply double-rotate the wing during the jibe.

In this video, Malo Guenole shows the double duck jibe on the water, but the wing rotation can also be practiced standing on land or while wingskating.
