Flaka
Frontside 360 (also called flaka)
This video tutorial shows the frontside 360. The jump contains a 360 degree body, board and wing rotation to windward.
It's also called flaka, derived from windsurfing, where a windward rotation on flat water is called a flatwater taka (flaka for short).
In wing foiling, this is better called frontside 360, a jump with 360 degree rotation in upwind direction (into the wind). Body, board and wing rotates once around the vertical axis.
The jump does not have to be performed completely in the air. A board turn of just over 180 degrees is enough to land with the tail first and finish the trick as a slide.
In this video, the trick is broken down into its components and the key points of the riding technique are displayed as text.
