Jump and tweak the board

The tweaked jump in wing foiling

If you can land normal jumps safely when wing foiling, you can add a little more style to your jump with a tweak. Simply stretch your back leg forward when jumping and simultaneously bend your front leg — this will cause the board to rotate with its tail in the direction of flight (rotated 180 degrees).

To practice, you can start by tweaking only slightly, so that the board only turns 90 degrees, for example. To turn back, perform the opposite movement: extend your front leg and pull your back leg back. This will allow you to land the tweaked jump safely.
