One Handed Switch Stance Jibe

This is how you can fly jibes completely one-handed when wing foiling

Here you can watch the one handed jibe in the switch stance version. For this you need a wing that you can hold with one hand during normal riding. This makes the task pretty easy.

The jibe is initiated with one hand and the grip is changed in the middle of the turn. The other hand also holds the wing with one hand while you finish the jibe.

The whole thing is a good preliminary exercise for flagging the wing and foiling on waves, as the wing is also held with one hand (at the leading edge handle).
