Ride through areas of calm wind

This tutorial shows the correct pumping technique for wing foiling. Not for starting, but for longer foiling, even if the wind is temporarily weak.

Pumping with wing and foil makes it possible to ride through areas of calm wind and reach the shore lying in a wind cover more easily.

This video from the Duotone Wing Academy shows how to perform the pumping movement correctly with foil and wing (and both in combination).
