Switch Stance Frontside 540
Jump off toeside and rotate 540 degrees in the air
The switch stance frontside 540 (also: toeside frontside 540) is a jump in which you perform a one-and-a-half body rotation in the air with your equipment.
If you can jump the frontside 360 safely and have also mastered jumping in switch stance, you can try jumping rotations that are jumped toeside (standing in switch stance).
The switch (stance) frontside 540 is a jump where you stand on the board in the normal riding position after landing. To do this, you first have to jump high enough to be able to rotate the 540 degree rotation around the upright body axis. Incidentally, it is enough to rotate 450 degrees in the air to be able to complete the move. You can also steer the board in the water for the last 90 degrees from downwind to crosswind.
The front hand grips the handle from below, which makes it possible to hold the wing during rotation. All other tips can be found in the tutorial.
