Switch Stance Frontside 360

Jump off toeside and rotate 360 degrees

If you have mastered the frontside 360 and also jumping in switch stance, then you are ready to try jumping rotations in this stance (toeside).

The switch stance frontside 360 (also: toeside frontside 360) is a jump where you continue to stand on the board in switch stance after landing. To do this, you first have to jump high enough to be able to rotate 360 degrees around the upright body axis. Incidentally, it is enough to rotate a little less than 360 degrees in the air to be able to complete the move.

The front hand must grip the handle from below before the jump. The wing is not rotated with this move, but points upwind with the front tube, while the board and body underneath rotate around the vertical axis. Therefore, the rear hand must release the handle when landing and the wing must be pulled back over the head into the normal riding position. The front hand then reaches over and the rear hand gribs the handle again.

The complete movement sequence is explained in the above integrated tutorial.
