Tacking with the wing behind your back

In the switch stance wing pass tack, the wing is transferred from one hand to the other behind the back when turning into the wind.

Tip: Practice this tack on land beforehand so that you can perform the sequence of movements more quickly on the water. The key points are lifting the leash above your head, pulling the wing forward, and grabbing the boom in the last few meters of the tack.
