The tack in switch stance riding position

The term 'toe to heel tack' refers to the tack made in switch stance when wing foiling. The tack is initiated in the switch stance position (toes to the wind, toeside), after the change of riding direction you continue foiling in the normal stance position (heels to the wind, heelside).
