Tick tack toeside tack... wing foiling is so cool because you can perform all moves elegantly. Like this switch stance (= toeside) tack.

The rear hand reaches forward and lifts the wing past the front of the head to the inside of the turn. As soon as the other hand reaches back in, you can pull the wing in close and continue foiling.
