Take down the wing and ride around the curve

Another video on the race jibe (laydown jibe), filmed from the inside radius of the jibe. You can see the sequence in the video: turn the wingtip backwards, then bring the trailing edge to leeward and pull the leading edge towards your thighs. This allows you to foil a good distance around the turn.

Shortly before the end of the race jibe, lift the wing and raise it over your head to leeward, change the grib, and you're ready to continue in switch stance.
