Swing the wing - the wingspin heineken jibe (also called: ducked heelside jibe wingspin) is a heineken jibe with additional rotation of the wing in the second part of the jibe.

If normal jibing is too boring for you, you can simply add an additional rotation as a little exercise for wing handling.
