Wing Surf Bay

The Windsurf Bay Park is located on the western shore of Lake Ray Hubbard, but nowadays it's more for wing foilers, which is why Richard calls the spot Wing Surf Bay. The spot is located in Garland, a city in the neighborhood of Dallas in the US state of Texas.
