  • one handed trick

Description

The crail grab is a one handed jump when wing foiling. The back hand releases from the wing and grabs the nose of the board during the jump.

In order to be able to control the wing during the jump, the front hand must be moved back slightly before the jump. After the jump, the front leg is bent and the back leg is extended. The back hand grips the board at the nose.

You fly through the air with the foil board standing almost vertically. On landing, the hand releases the nose and grips the rear handle again, ideally before the foil dips into the water.
