Description
In extreme carving, you make such a tight turn that the front wing of the foil breaks through the surface of the water. Breaching is the technical term for this.
Tight carving on a wing foil board is not quite as easy as on normal surfboards. This is because the foil board is guided indirectly on the foil and you don’t carve through the water with the bottom of the board.
To carve tightly when wing foiling, you need good control of the foil and the wing. These instructions show how extreme carving works:
