Flag the wing - switch stance

Description

Holding the wing with one hand at the front tube handle is called flagging. In this neutral position, the wing drifts leeward of the body.

Flagging the wing is used while riding waves to keep the wing in a neutral position and use the power of the wave for foiling.

With a flagged wing, you can also pump foil short distances (pump the board to stay on the foil). A flagged wing can easily be lifted over the head again.
