Description
A jibe (gybe) is a change in the riding direction. In normal stance (wind from your back, heels on the windward side) a jibe is also called heel to toe jibe or heelside to toeside jibe. In a jibe you go downwind and start a 180 degree turn. You have to turn your wing around and keep flying on the foil.
