Description
The heineken jibe in switch stance (toeside) riding position. The name of this jibe variation goes back to the American Johnny Heineken, who is considered the inventor of this variant. The switch stance version differs from the normal heineken jibe just in the foot position.
The way you hold and move the wing is completely different from a normal jibe and allows a clear view to leeward halfway through the turn.
The wing is first lifted over the head into the wind and then pulled around the outside radius of the jibe in the new direction.
