Description
A tack is a change in the riding direction. In normal stance (wind from your back, heels on the windward side) a tack is also called heel to toe tack or heelside to toeside tack. In a tack you go upwind and start a 180 degree turn. It’s a turn around your back, you have to lift the wing over your head to the other side and keep flying on the foil.
