How to ride a tack in normal stance

This video tutorial from the Duotone Wing Academy shows how to tack. A tack is a 180 degree turn into the wind.

The tack is also called heel to toe tack, because in the normal stance you stand with your back to the wind and your heels point towards the wind. During the tack, you do not change your foot position so that your toes point into the wind after the change of direction.
