Nose Grab

One-handed jump with grip on the nose of the board

Here Benjamin May demonstrates the nose grab. From a normal standing position, you jump off, tweak the board (nose to windward), and grab the nose with your front hand. Your legs are bent so that you can reach the nose of the board. The wing is held by your back hand, which is positioned exactly at the point of pressure of the wing.
