Flying like Superman - the raley is a not too difficult jump when wing foiling, where you fly almost horizontally through the air.

This body position is achieved by steering the board slightly upwind for the take-off, but directing the wing in a leeward direction. This impulse pulls the body downwind and makes it easier to swing the legs upwards.

Unfortunately, gravity ends this flight position quite quickly and you have to prepare for landing.
