One handed winging in normal or switch stance foot position - to do this, the wing must be gripped slightly further forward with the rear hand - exactly at the point of pressure of the wing.

However, one handed riding only works with wings that have a handle at the required position.

Once you have found the point of pressure of the wing, you can hold and control the wing with your back hand only.
